2010 review competition Winners announced

Congratulations to all those who took part in the 2010 SchoolFest Review Competition. The competition has now closed* and the judges have found the winners:

CATEGORIES AND AWARDS

Junior students (yrs 9-10)

• 1st prize for winning entry goes to Jack Newton from Hutt Valley High for his review of The Arrival.

• 2nd prize for highly commended goes to Daniel Gendall from Wellington College for his review of APOLLO 13: Mission Control.

Senior students (yrs 11-13)

• 1st prize for winning entry goes to Zane Pocock from Wellington College for his review of 13 Most Beautiful.

• 2nd prize for highly commended goes to Michael Moore-Jones from Wellington College for his review of Good Morning, Mr.Gershwin.

Congratulations to Jack and Zane and thanks to our competition prize partners: Booksellers NZ and Tearaway magazine.

*Even though the competition has closed students can still submit reviews.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 To write a review - go to All SchoolFest events, choose the event you want to review and click on 'submit a review'. If you'd like to review a show that's not part of SchoolFest, select 'Review a non-SchoolFest event' at the bottom of the SchoolFest events page and enter the show details.
